Anonymous¹: Wrong decade, if you actually paid attention you would have realized that the year was closer to 1969 in the movie. The regular folks had crap for technology and the badies and supers including Edna, had the advanced technology. That is how things ran in sci-fi and comics of the day. This wouldn't even be Violet unless you like a 50+ year old surprise.
