She only admits cerberus was wrong about negatively viewing Jack's future prospects ("Cerberus was wrong about you....you HAVE grown"), and she says "I hate to say it, but.." before even allowing THAT. She mentions absolutely nothing of Cerberus actually abusing Jack, therefore her fierce defence of them in ME2 still stands.

This pair makes as much sense as Ashley and Garrus.
