Looking closely, it looks like you took an unedited version of the model and painted the white parts to be naked.
There are actually models out there that are show accurate and are fully undressable. They have removable clothing, 3D nips and some very detailed vaginas and asses with body flexes.
They were made for some free 3D program. If it's something that interests you, I think your skills could make some damn good use out of them.
