ellowas: To whoever is leaking the work in progress shots from my Patreon, please stop oO
You have nothing to gain, since you have to post anonymously and I don't see the point of posting unfinished work somewhere, especially since the finished one will be released as soon as it's done. It's just all kinds of stupid, unless causing damage to me is actually your intention.
There is no exclusive content on my Patreon and the watermarks are non-intrusive, so these WiPs are the main thing I can offer to my Patrons.
Trying to get these taken down is fighting against windmills, so I'm not gonna waste my time on that.
However, if this starts to become a trend, I'll watermark these WiPs. That's just a completely unnecessary extra step for me, which I'd rather avoid.
If this really gets out of hand and I start to see a decline on my Patreon that can't be explained by anything else, that's when I'll think about exclusive content to bump the numbers.
I don't mean this as a threat, I'm just explaining the possible consequences of your actions - something I don't think you have put much thought into.
Even if you're planning to only leak stuff once in a while, remember that you're setting an example. Others might follow suit and just post everything somewhere.
So, while it's not too late, consider what you're doing and if it's worth it after what I explained above.
