hellspork: It seems like partly game footage from a mod, and the action was animated in an outside program and spliced to look like an in-game dialogue/cut scene.

Now if there is a mod in the works that splices sex scenes for conversations aboard ship, you'd still have to be playing Mass Effect to see them. :( Which I would not do.
