You should try single page comics, you obviously have a story in mind and would be interesting to see it play out of pregnant Kasumi raped/fucked.

Also read the note of trouble with the pregnant flex. I saw other SFM creator's use Lord Aardvark's Elizabeth model when they want a pregnant character. I'm not far into SFM, but I do know you can "swap" heads on SFM character models. I don't know if any of this is helpful, but it's worth a shot. Keep it up!
