Harveytherabbit: It looks like it the floating of the feet and such make this look like a mocap test before the keyframes have been cleaned up from movement designed for a model of different proportions. I tossed random mocap on my characters for that reason all the time. The fact she enters a pseudo-T pose at the end of the first half gives further evidence of that potential. Problem is most people wouldn't understand that and this is a very bad type of thing to leak without context because it could give a bad impression of quality accidentally.
dariuswee2: I think this is a fan creation from the uploader, chkscum. He posted a proof-of-concept video of this model shortly before posting this video, which you can find from his posting history. I'm not sure why he isn't joining the discussion in these comments. On the previously-mentioned video, he seemed self-conscious of this model, despite positive feedback, so maybe he's just discouraged. If you read this chkscum, keep working with it dude! Progress is progress, and this is a great start!
