It is weird that you're complaining about "IR cucking" considering the character has no canonical romantic partner, the closest to it would be the canonical protagonist, the White Dragonborn (Durge). Which doesn't really matter, as people just create their own unique characters. Just because it's interracial, it doesn't mean it's cuckold.
