Hhhh: what is going on with those smoothing groups/normal maps. I can see the edges of every quad/tris, but only slightly over the body and not the head. the head has a line where smoothing starts and where i guess he swapped it onto the body. I've never seen faceted lighting both in effect (possibly due to bad material/mesh setup) and also this subtle.
