Gman: The world could use more Mei

rule34anon: Mei is basically the only redeeming quality of that dreadful game. To think I almost bought it, too.

Anonymous¹: I kinda have to agree with anon...the game is horribly unbalanced. All I ever saw was Reapers, Tracers, and Bastions everywhere. Because they kill fast.

Anonymous²: I haven't tried it yet, but isn't the point of these betas to pick up on things like that? HotS was pretty bad during the beta, too. (Haven't played it since, so can't comment)

rule34anon: @Anonymous: That's exactly what I thought too. I played non-stop during this final beta really wanting to love the game because of its amazing art-style, but it's just a frustrating experience. There's just too much damage and too many cheap, insta-kill mechanics. One hero has a stun grenade ability. He just walks up to you, uses the stun grenade, then rights click and you're dead. That's it. No counter. Doesn't matter if you're facing him or not. And it's on an 8 second cool down if I remember correctly. So every 8 seconds he's pretty much got a guaranteed kill. Say you just get out of your spawn area and turn a corner. Boom. Stunned and killed. Have fun waiting to rez again. Walk out again, turn a corner. Boom. Get hooked by another hero who shoots you once and you die. Fun fun.

Anonymous³: Overwatch is decently enjoyable. It's nowhere fucking near worth $40 (or 60), though. Not even close. If it was F2P I'd pop in every now and then.
