The compression artifacts in this animation are terrible and it has an unused audio-stream.
Please take some time and learn a little bit more about digital video formats, audio formats and what compression formats you should pick. WEBM's using VP8 video compression and vorbis audio is a bad choice when uploading to internet-sited with size-limitations. Create WEBM's with VP9 and Opus if it has audio. You could squeeze higher quality in the same file-size. I highly recommend "ffmpeg", a command line tool that is well known as the "swiss army knife" for video-stuff. I use it with batchfiles to automatically create watermarked- and resized WEBMs and MP4.

Anonymous8: @Anonymous7 @Anonymous4 If you don't think the artist's work is worth compensation, don't view their work. It's as simple as that. Uploading it elsewhere without their permission can get the site into trouble.

Thumbs up for the 1080p/60fps.
