They failed the moment they tried to force homosexuality and unrealistic female character onto people. I've hated Naughty Dog since Uncharted. But when TLOU came out that was the final straw. I mean imagine if James Cameron had 13 year old John Conner overpowering the T-1000 how stupid that would have been.
