Of course I don't like guro, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be allowed to create what he wants. He was hounded by a weird sect of people who relentless tried to deplatform him from many sites because they were offended. They were successful in shutting down his tumblr and his Patreon for a short while.
In this age, there really is no "if you don't like it, pay it no mind." Now it's "I don't like and I will make sure no one else can either because wah it offends me."
It is what it is, he can't do guro and make money. Damn shame that artists have to bend like this.

Everyone wants to project onto artists the faults of societal failures. It's not on artists to bend to mentally incapable idiots who cannot differ reality from fictitious art. If it offends you, get over it.
It's art and art can be whatever it wants to be. People who project that art is a reflection of the artist's actual belief are either stupid or fucked in the head to know the difference.
