Hhhh: hand placement and timing feels off, that movement should happen either slightly earlier or slightly later than it currently does. also upper arm movement doesn't show an anticipatory motion for the forearm motion nearly as much as it should. face movements, shoulders/head movements and lipsync are good though.
Hhhh: to fix something like this, focus on key poses, first pose, arm at sides, second pose, elbow out, arm at mid chest level, fingers extended, starting to seperate, pointer finger extended most, but other fingers floating free with signs of air drag/resistance. then a pre-chest placement pose, elbow in slightly now, hands are near shoulder level, thumb now resting on skin, pinky also resting on skin but arched, other fingers approaching skin contact in reverse order from thumb/pinky being closest to pointer finger drifting outward most, but only slightly. then final pose, all fingers making surface contact, but hand has twisted slightly upward overall. keep previous frame finger tip positions if contacting skin relevant without too much slide. finger tips are upturned now slightly, and pressed slightly further against skin. also, during shoulder wobble the wrist can have some drift/dynamic secondary motion.

Dude that's insanely detailed. Certainly possible with a lot amount of time and the right skills. Pretty sure it's most feasible to do in combination with mocap.
