1, this is realtime. It's being rendered at a target framerate in unreal engine.
2, the 3D model is custom. It's not taken from a game or anything. Someone had to model it polygon for polygon. This includes the character's textures.
3, it has a unique rig. The tail is rigged, which is why it flips around the dick.
4, it uses unreal's physics simulation for the hair, but unreal doesn't have any softbody physics. The butt jiggling might've been a custom program as well as the boobs.
I'd say they're doing a really good job if they're already at this point after only 3 months. For a studio like Capcom it took 6 months to get a single fighting game model done in Street Fighter 5.

This here? Nobody asked for this. It's literally just a bunch of smaller animations strung together with basic looking original characters that nobody cares about or has any investment in. Would i watch some random "ara-ara" teacher archetype get fucked or Elizabeth / Harley Quinn? It's definetly the latter.
Yea they created the models but the experience is still crap. VG Erotica makes 10x better animations that don't take an entire game built around them.
If it's a passion project, sure. But it's killed the studio content-wise and nothing has come out of them except this game. I think they just made it because it's easier to make money by slapping their name on a pay2play game which has a bunch of smaller animations put together.
