facelesshuman: @Everlurker: SU was never a gay show. The Gem characters have no gender. They just look female because that is what they where comfortable with. Steven was male because he had a human father and the alien Gem chose to play the role of the mother. That would be considered a straight relationship. Steven also has a relationship with his female friend Connie. The Gems themselves had relationship with each other... but being as they literally have no need for sexual intercourse to create a new being they literally have no genders. If they wanted new gems they "grew" them in the ground like how any gem is formed. How are they having sex then? Gem can change their bodies however they wish (pretty much) so this picture is 100% possible... even if its not probable.
