ASK: Hey, it's Fugtrup, so a lovely animation is the absolute bare minimum. It's just a shame that the bare minimum is all we've been getting from Fugtrup these days.
hzwhvw: my dream is that we get a longer video, like 1~2~3 minutes long of Mei. Of all the people who have animated Mei, and we have great ones, Fugtrup's MEi is the best of all. It would be better yet if we do not have Futa Zarya anymore.
ASK: @hzwhvw: Well, you're never gonna get anything THAT long out of Fugtrup. I mean, even when Fugtrup WAS animating regularly and we didn't have to wait three-to-six months for something new, the longest we'd ever get was maybe double this length and that's about it.
ASK: @hzwhvw: Well, Fugtrup is excellent at pretty much everything, but the delicious flesh of Mei is everyone's pleasure. Of course, other artists are managing to follow in Fugtrup's footsteps for Mei stills, if not animation. But as for animation, it's a shame that General Butch has dropped from the scene, although others like AXEN, AANiX and X3D have stepped in to try and fill the void. We can only hope that Mei gets on the radar of at least one of them.
