kenshiku: @SarahBM: Regardless of who holds the IP, the copyright belongs to the fan artist. Google is there to use it, learn something from it at the very least.
turdicus01: It doesn't matter if this individual image is copyrighted to the original artist. Even if they designed the Blender model themselves, anyone can train AI to make porn of Skarlet and if it turns out the same, the original artist has zero way of proving their work was used to train it. That's what happens when you make a parody that is specifically designed to mirror the original character exactly.
People gotta stop paying for porn and bitching about AI, IMO. People used to be all "copyright is evil, pirate everything, free internet FTW!" I miss that. AI fear has turned the internet corporate.
